Your telegram 17th August Am advised that 12
and 13 Victoria Chapter 96 Section 2 has been repeal ed
by Statute Law Revision Act 1891 Consequently no question
arises for submission to Law Officers of the Crown of
any limitation on Section 2 of Act of 1837.
